Staff helpful and friendly, beautiful decor, comfortable rooms with beautiful views, complimentary shuttle to ski lifts and station, great value for money, clean and well-appointed wellness area.

We had a very nice connecting room for four people. The staff was very helpful.

I did not understand why some guests were offered a fixed price menu and others were offered a la carte options.

walking distance to attractions, including untersee. we think we would recommend to anyone.

Convenient location for dining at Taverne and a good starting point for a vacation in the area.

Fantastic service, you didn't have to fill forms, or do anything, they had all the information and you could very quickly check in!

Good Hotel, very close to the lift, good food, excelent view. Personel very helpful but not all attendants speak good english. But its ok

The hotel was well-located for outdoor activities and had a good breakfast. the room was clean and comfortable with a nice view. the pool and pick-up service were some of the facilities and room advantages.

The restaurant was a source of disappointment due to numerous issues including a lack of choice, small portions, and slow service.

The room was fabulous, the view superbe, very freindly staff, very child friendly.

Wellness was rather small, and the pool a bit on the cold side.

The hotel was conveniently located near the train station and had excellent spa facilities, including a pool and sauna. the rooms were clean and well-equipped with comfortable beds.

The restaurant service was incredibly slow and disorganized, with orders being mixed up and a limited variety of food. Wait times were long, and the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful.

Arosa is a beautiful Swiss Alps destination and the Excelsior is a perfect holiday hotel. Magnificent views,beautiful dining facilities,afternoon tea,warm.cosy rooms and helpful,friendly staff. A short walk into a busy and well - facilitated town with a variey of great restaurants. Transfers to and from ski cable cars by hotel bus. Fabulous buffet breakfasts.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, with easy access to the ski slopes right next door. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, from the friendly and helpful front desk to the attentive housekeeping team. We were impressed by the range of amenities offered, such as the dry cleaning service and the shuttle service that made getting around a breeze. The hotel also had a fantastic restaurant, where we enjoyed delicious breakfasts and snacks throughout our stay. the level of service and attention to detail at this place was exceptional.

We highly recommend this hotel to all.

The hotel staff were incredible! They were very friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities, including the indoor pool and the children's playroom, were great for families. The breakfast was delicious and had a beautiful view of the mountain. The shuttle service to the ski lift and around the city was prompt and convenient.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Fantastic ski facility and breathtaking location that made our romantic escape one of the best experiences we ever had. The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, and we were pleased to find a complimentary shuttle service to the ski lifts and stations, as well as a lovely tea room and bar with a great selection. We also got the chance to enjoy a spacious and well-designed room with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains.

While we enjoyed the hotel's comfortable amenities and its hospitality, we felt that the bathroom was a bit outdated and could use some renovation. we didn't find many dining options close to the hotel.
